You'd have to understand that we were … n't able to view any of the homes in person; we had to rely on our agent, and her showings via video conference, to make our decision. This was only possible because of Deannah's honesty, integrity, work ethic, knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods, and her ability to internalize our needs.
