Jeff helped me sell my house and purchase a new home. He is extremely knowledgeable about Philadelphia real estate. He is very skilled at helping an owner prepare a property for sale and marketing it appropriately based upon current market conditions. Missy did a fantastic job guiding us through the home hunting process. Our challenge was to find and buy a house in Philadelphia while still living in Dallas. Missy was very accomodating during our brief visits to Philadelphia and continued to actively look for options while we were still in Dallas. What differentiated Missy was her responsiveness at all hours of the day as well as her honest commentary and familiarity with the area in steering us in the right direction. She figured out soon enough what was important to us and focused the search inteligently without wasting our time. The purchasing process was also seamless. Definitely recommend Missy.
Peter was very helpful throughout the entire process. He set up viewings for any place I wanted to see. He also sent me a listing that I did not think I would want to see, and it ended up being the condo I bought! Peter is very direct and will fight for what you want. He will be in your corner every step of the way. If something isn't going right within the settlement process, he will make sure that you get what you want. He is also always punctual and his personality makes it fun to be around him. I highly highly highly recommend him!!
Martin was excellent! He has a lot of insite into the benefits of living in different styles of homes, and in the different neighborhoods of Philadelphia. He was always early to our appointments and was always prepared! He answered all of our questions patiently. The owner accepted our very first offer (based on Martin's advice) within a half an hour, and we closed within a month. It was amazing.
