Hey Readers, Like most of us, I need my car. I am a busy Realtor and dad who drives every day. I have a 2018 Mercedes SUV that I have really liked over the past seven years. Though, I must say, it has had some expensive issues lately. Well, the ultimate expensive issue is when the dealer tells you the engine work needed will cost more than half the value of the car. And that they can’t even determine what else may be wrong until after this expensive work is done. And that the total work could end up being more than the total value of the car. And the car is not drivable. So, I own a car that may have zero (or negative) value, does not drive, and is stuck at the dealer in Devon! Oy vey, what a week! Long story short, the car is being towed to auction (by the way, it is very valuable in life to have a close friend who is an auctioneer). And I bought a new car! I pick it up tomorrow. All electric. No more gas engine. No more pumping petrol. I can’t wait.
