We originally listed our property with another agent and the property sat on the market. When we did get an offer, it was very low, but we accepted anyway. The deal fell apart due to poor handling of negotiations. We then did some research and came across Jeff and liked the amount of business he was doing in University city, so we spoke to him next. Our property was a unique situation where it was a previous home, turned business, and we also owned the other half of the Victorian twin. After talking with Jeff we decided to list both sides of a twin since it’s a really unique setup. Jeff recommended listing both sides in three ways, residential, commercial and multi family. He had really nice marketing and got lots of buyers through and his strategy paid off…. we ended up selling both properties to one buyer, which was ideal. And at a very solid price, much better than the previous offer that fell apart. Then came the pandemic, shut-downs, etc, and while this caused both expected delays and financing complications, among other things, Jeff saw all this through and got us to closing.
