I cannot describe how smoothly and expertly Jeff and his team shepherded the process of selling my Center City home this winter! When I had finally decided that ‘it was time’ to downsize to something smaller, I reached out to him first because of a previous positive experience some years ago when he sold a small rental property that I co-owned. I was not disappointed. Jeff loves his work; is well-known, well-connected and highly respected by vendors as well as agents and lenders and previous buyers and sellers who return to him. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the ever-shifting market with its neighborhood and seasonal nuances, different price points with potential tradeoffs, interpreting technical reports, decision-making about preparation for listing and disclosure completion. When requested, he made recommends from a bevy of skilled and reputable vendors for assisting me with move management and assessing, managing and/or repairing various systems –from electrical to plumbing to staging. He skillfully interpreted vendor evaluations and proposals, inspection reports and legalese. I always found him to be positive and energized, straightforward, and open to (and patient with) questions to which he responded quickly and in ways which I– as an older layperson– could understand. He and/or one of his team were always available to me. He made sure we were ‘all on the same page’ and that preparation was progressing well, making ‘settlement’ itself almost anticlimactic!! Finally, Jeff was clearly supportive and respectful of my goals as seller. His reputation and the relationships he has built over time have resulted in a quite a list of folks who return to him for help in buying their next property. This worked out well for me: when he showed my property privately, prior to its being listed, it soldquickly and at the asking price, and without the need for staging! I recommend him highly and without reservation for your real estate needs!!
