Northern Liberties is a historic manufacturing community located north of Center City . Bounded by Girard Avenue to the north, Callowhill Street to the south, the Delaware River to the east, and Sixth Street to the west, Northern Liberties boasts a 97 Walk Score. This local is known for a thriving culinary scene, with many restaurants populating Second Street’s shopping district.
