Your Weekly Dose of Real Estate News, Open Houses, Listings and More — by Jeff “City” Block
Did you know that I am part of an exclusive group within Compass calledThe Private Client Network (PCN)? It’s made up of the highest caliber agents in various cities throughout the country. Agents who are client-driven, results-oriented, and supremely dedicated. Each with extreme knowledge of their respective local market.
Collectively, we sell over $1.5B in real estate – each year – so our overall influence is unrivaled.
I see the Private Client Network like this. If a client or a friend ever need any real estate assistance outside of the Philly region – buying or selling, I now know an amazing Realtor in that area. I can now set anyone up with the “Jeff City Block” (so to speak) in virtually every real estate market in the United States.
Talking local real estate with my PCN colleagues is amazing. They know their cities as well as I know Philly.
If you want the best real estate experience in any city, please let me know, and I will provide a personal introduction. And if anyone you know is looking to buy or sell real estate throughout the U.S., please put them in touch. They will be most impressed with the result.
Quiet, Tree-lined Wash West block with a 98 WalkScore and 100 TransitScore. Warm and wonderful, with excellent light. Hardwood floors throughout. Open 1st-floor plan and desirable space and layout. Recently renovated and lovingly maintained.
Great location. Close to the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, parks, Midtown Village, Rittenhouse Square, Whole Foods, Reading terminal, amazing SEPTA options, hospitals, universities, 76 & 95, the business district, and just everything Center City and Philly has to offer. Convenient parking options on the block. McCall School Catchment. And directly across from one of Philly’s coolest and newest murals (leading 20th Century intellectual Alain Locke).
The following listings areonly found on compass.com. This means they’re not yet listed on the MLS. As a subscriber to “Around the Block,” you’ll always know what properties are coming soon. Interested? Give me a call!
