Volume 18: Issue 37 8/30/19
|
Hi,
It has been a vibrant summer in Philly Real Estate. Just hopping, until mid-August, when things started to slow down. Typically, the 4 weeks around Labor Day are slow, with the fall market starting up between mid-September and early-October. Early fall is a perfect time to list your home.
Please contact me if you have any questions about timing, preparing your home for sale, pricing, the Q4 2019 market into 2020, etc. It is an ideal time to discuss a potential 2020 sale as well.
Remember, if your home has any work that may need to be done, it can be totally paid for up front by Compass Concierge. No interest, no fees. This can be done last minute, but even better if we have time to prepare in advance.
Finally, due to the holiday, we will not be hosting open houses this weekend, but they will return next Saturday and Sunday. Though we are available for personal showings and to discuss real estate at any time.
Enjoy your long weekend!
