Last night was the City Block Team summer event. We spend most of our time showing homes, discussing real estate, doing deals and making sure they close.
But we spend some of our time having fun, and every once in a while, as a whole team!!
The City Block Team Ping-Pong Tournament at SPiN was a blast. Congratulations to Martin Goldfarb and his wicked serve for easily winning that tourney.
Then it was off to Mission Taqueria for tacos and tequila. The entire night was a festive, laugh-filled blast.
Have a great weekend!

Winning is for the Birds
I am pumped about the Eagles. Can’t wait to be at the Linc on Sunday, 9/8 for the opener against Washington.
I love the entire offense this year. Our receivers and tight ends are sick. And significant RB depth as well. One year removed from the ACL, I look for an awesome year from Wentz. Solid OL.
The D has some big strengths and some concerning weaknesses. The interior line is the best in the league. The DE’s have a lot to prove. We shall see. Will a healthy Derek Barnett show us that much-heralded “bend” and consistently get to the QB? Hopefully, the linebackers can hold their own. Typically only two on the field anyway. The safeties are solid if healthy. The cornerbacks are interesting because we seem to have about five guys who are all solid, but none spectacular.
Jake Elliott needs to be consistent on his shorter attempts. I love Doug Pederson of course. So there you have it. I predict 11 wins for the Division. Absolutely Super Bowl Contenders. Go Birds! E-A-G-L-E-S, EAGLES!!
