Veggies picked from our garden on July 4th

I hope everyone had a wonderful Independence Day. We did. A classic one at that. Stayed home. Chicken, hot dogs (uncured), veggie burgers, and sweet peppers on the grill. A couple of salads. A tremendous lemon guac. Watermelon. Friends. Relaxing and chill.
An odd jumble of isolated thunderstorms threatened to put the kibosh on at least some of the region’s fireworks shows this year, but I think most places got them in.
And having Independence Day on a Tuesday really threw off the perspective of my week. Like I kept thinking it was Sunday and that Wednesday was Monday. Even though I actually did work Monday. Today does seem like Friday, so the week has finally come back into focus.
Have some great new listings coming up in Society Hill and Rittenhouse Square (check them out in the Spotlight Properties below), so I am working on those and still catching up from that super nice Tuesday.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Jamie Foster and her boyfriend Sean had quite an eventful weekend. They had to pry up floorboards and cut into drywall to see if they could find where a leak in their home was coming from. Despite the unfortunate leak and the chaos it caused they did still manage to fit in a nice meal of macaroni and potato salads with good old-fashioned sloppy Joe sandwiches. And on the actual fourth, in true Philly fashion, they ordered cheesesteaks.
