It may still be chilly outside, but two sure signs of Spring are here—
- Phillies Opening Day
- A robust spring real estate market
The Phils open their season this afternoon against their chief division rival—the Atlanta Braves. A classic opening day matchup at Citizens Bank Park featuring Zach Wheeler vs Spencer Strider. Needless to say, would love to knock the Braves’ mustachioed ace out of the game as early as possible.
For the season, I predict a much quicker start and a solid playoff-bound year for the Fightins, but overcoming the Braves and winning the NL East will still be tough. Winning the division would be nice, but what really matters is the playoffs. How is that working out for Atlanta and their “Tomahawk Chop?”

With respect to the Philly real estate market, look no further than the three new listings I am spotlighting this week and 2530 South Street and 1900 Hamilton #D17, which were last week’s spotlights. Inventory remains low for the spring, and demand remains solid.
I cannot wait to see how the 2024 baseball season and the 2024 real estate market play out (with the primary difference being that I am a part of the Philly real estate market and just a huge fan of the Fightin Phils). Let’s go!
