A Sign of Good Things To Come
|
I have been in the business a long time. Since 2001, my team and I have sold over $800,000,000 in real estate. I was named the Top Seller in Center City by the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. I was a Top 20 Agent in the Berkshire Hathaway network throughout the entire United States. And now I am honored to be a Founding Agent at Compass Philly. But I am not jaded. I love my job and my enthusiasm and grit are as strong now as any other point in my career.
So let me tell you that I am super pumped with my new SEPTA bus shelter ad at the corner of 20th & Walnut. Probably no surprise here, but my kids are too! I hope you like it.
Also, the phrase “Expert Real Estate Representation” means a lot to me. It is what I demand of myself when representing every client.
Finally, here is a tie-in from my youth: In the early 80’s, I took the 42 bus and the 21 (née, the D bus) to and from school every day. Caught them both at 5th & Walnut and got off at 17th, on my way to Friends Select. About 35 years ago. #Philly.

Proud to Support University City’s Halloween Tot Parade
This annual event is organized by the Spruce Hill Community Association and the awesome neighbors on the 4200 block of Osage Avenue (“Little Osage”). It’s a really fun afternoon of trick-or-treating for young children, which concludes with a block-party style Halloween celebration treating the kids to warm apple cider and other seasonal goodies.
Check it out on Halloween, 4:00 p.m. at 45th & Larchwood (then walk a few blocks, collecting candy, and end up at Little Osage).

There are great seasonal displays which make for awesome pictures as well as amazing food from vendors inside and outside RTM. Enjoy live music and animals from the Philadelphia Zoo too.
