Hello, and welcome to 2024 Around the Block.
Less than two weeks into 2024, and Philly real estate already has a totally different feel than 2023. While 2023 was on the slower side, the first week or so of 2024 has been slamming! I love it. Bring it on.
Not a ton of time this week for a full ATB (hoping for next week), though I wanted to note that if you are considering selling anytime in 2024, it is not too early to begin discussing options and strategy now.
