A University City native, and Penn Alexander School graduate, Tsion has experienced and grown alongside the city of Philadelphia’s development. For high school, Tsion attended Science Leadership Academy, where she found herself exploring and falling in love with Center City and the surrounding neighborhoods. Living in a cosmopolitan city like Philadelphia has created a sense of community that shaped Tsion’s upbringing.

Tsion received her bachelor’s degree in Graphic & Interactive Design from Temple in 2019. She spent two summers interning in the Immunology and Pathology department at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was published in the scholarly paper, “Apocynin Exerts Dose-Dependent Cardioprotective Effects by Attenuating Reactive Oxygen Species in Ischemia/Reperfusion.” (I’m sure you read that, right?) Tsion’s precise attention to detail and wonderful ability to listen work together to allow her to excel, first in her academic career and now in business and real estate.

For three years, Tsion worked at the family-owned Gojjo Ethiopian Bar & Restaurant located on the bustling Baltimore Avenue corridor. As the restaurant manager, she configured an intrinsic level of customer service that improved the customer experience (and business!). Tsion utilizes her knowledge of Philly neighborhoods, excellent organization skills, and customer service background to provide all her clients with Expert Real Estate Representation.
