    • Kylie has a fascinating story of how she became a caring, experienced, and amazing Philly real estate professional. From Taiwan, to owning a Queen Village coffee shop, to Philly’s most respected boutique real estate team!

      Growing up in Taiwan as the youngest and only girl in her family, what Kylie wanted was her independence. So, with the support of her family, she came to America to obtain a B.S. in Finance. From there she received a scholarship and graduate assistant position, so she could procure an M.S. in Computer Science (both degrees from Eastern Michigan University). She then began her career as a programmer and became a permanent resident of the United States.

      Even as a child, Kylie had always dreamed of opening a cafe, so after 10 years in IT, she left and opened the Cups & Chairs Café in Queen Village. Kylie owned Cups & Chairs from 2010-2013 where she spent time with her incredible Queen Village neighbors and their kids who went to Meredith Elementary next door. After three years Kylie made the move to what would become her ultimate career—real estate.

      One of her Cups & Chairs customers, a real estate developer, respected how she ran her business and offered her a job on the spot. Since then, Kylie has worked in property management and selling properties throughout Philly and the Burbs. She loves this complex business and helping her clients reach their goals while working through all the issues that arise. Her various life experiences have provided her with the skills necessary to be an invaluable asset to her clients and an excellent agent. Whether a Center City townhouse, a single family in the suburbs, or a key investment property, Kylie utilizes her unique background and CBT/Compass’s resources to provide all her clients with Expert Real Estate Representation.
