Once my partner and I were approved to be adoptive parents we knew we needed a bigger living space that was also in a kid-oriented neighborhood, accessible to our jobs, and within the price range we could sell our smaller house for. We were anticipating that we would likely have to compromise on some of our wants going into this process, but Joe found us the perfect home for our future family. His approach is diligent, thorough, and warm. We had lots of questions because we wanted to sell and buy a house. Joe took the time to give us all of our options and answer the (many) questions we had about everything! Each day I walk into our home, I’m in love with our space, know that I’m home, and grateful for the role Joe played in helping make our dreams real. While selling our home, Joe held open houses nonstop and worked around the clock for us, knowing we had a financial deadline.
